HAHGZHOU

      Hangzhou is the capitol of Zhejiang Province. It was also the capitol of the Southern Song dynasty and, yes, Marco Polo 'did'' visit. The heart of Hangzhou is West Lake and its surroundings with lots of bamboo forests, rivers, temples, tea houses etc. It would take several days to see just part of it all. The added benefit in Hangzhou is that one can check out the country with, party with us, visit our workshop, exchange cooking with us, and staty in our guest apartment.
