It takes the most work to communicate with first time buyers. We try to convince buyers to visit us and pick out their pieces personally. If they can't do so then we go by id numbers from our home page. We've found the most efficient way to do so is to establish a "Master List". That is to say we start a word or notepad file and then 'ping pong' it back and forth by email until the proper content is reached. On all containers we put an id number on piece that correlates to id number and write-up of piece in packing list. It is often a good idea to make a phone call early on in the process to get to know each other better.

       Most first time buyers have a lot of questions on shipping, customs, etc. If they are not answered in our FAQ section please feel free to ask away.

       We are also willing to go live on ICQ or MSN Messanger to do first time orders or for friends sharing a container.
